How We Can Help

Shelves with Products

SET UP & GO

(No Coordination, Client Breaks Down All Decor)

  • Arrive onsite 3-4 hours prior to set up all décor provided by client and/or décor that is rented through Legacy Designs

  • Provide venue contact and other vendor information for easy communication

  • Included in set up services:

    • Ceremony décor, reception décor, other misc décor, signage, etc

    • Photos and floor plans must be provided with exact locations for set up

  • Not included in set up services:

    • Set up tables, chairs, other large furniture items (venue’s responsibility)

    • Set up linens or glassware (venue’s responsibility)

    • Move or relocate wedding cake (venue/baker’s responsibility)

***If client rents an arch/arbor from Legacy Designs, total increases to $600 for set up

BREAK IT DOWN

(No Coordination, Client Sets Up All Decor)

  • Legacy Designs to arrive onsite 1 hour prior to event’s end to evaluate the space for a proper break down

  • Provide venue contact and other vendor information for easy communication

  • Included in break down services:

    • Ceremony décor, reception décor, other misc décor, signage, etc

    • Photos and floor plans must be provided with exact locations of all items  

  • Not included in break down services:

    • Break down tables, chairs, other furniture items (venue’s responsibility)

    • Break down linens or glassware (venue/caterer’s responsibility)

    • Buss tables or empty trash (venue/caterer’s responsibility)

***Client must provide all packaging material for Legacy Designs to properly break down items. Packages must be easily accessibly at venue for smooth breakdown

SIMPLY COORDINATE

(No Set Up/Break Down, Service Ends After Cake Cutting)

  • Three complementary phone calls

    • Initial – 30 min; Progress – 30 min; Final – up to 1 hour; (Facetime optional)

  • Arrive onsite 2-4 hours prior to set up all décor provided by client and/or décor that is rented through Legacy Designs

  • Included in coordination services:

    • Personally contact all vendors and introduce us as your coordinator

    • Review and confirm wedding day timeline with vendors

    • Coordinate pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

    • Direct guests to ceremony, hand out pamphlets, prepare wedding party

    • Assist bride with her dress prior to walking down aisle  

    • Direct the ceremony processional and assist with recessional

    • Coordinate wedding party line up for introductions to reception

    • Orchestrate couple’s entrance and first dance

    • Assist with table assignments, speeches, and misc dances

    • Coordinate with venue, caterer, DJ, Videographer, Photographer, etc

    • Assist wedding party and guests as needed

    • Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors

    • Provide emergency kit and tool box to correct any unforeseen hiccups

  • All forms sent by Legacy Designs to be filled out 2 weeks prior and discussed in depth

SET UP AND COORDINATE

***If caterer will not bus tables, Legacy Design will bus tables and empty trash cans for an additional $200 – To be discussed more in depth prior to event day

***If caterer will not break down chairs/tables, Legacy Designs will assist wedding party and staff for an additional $300 – To be discussed more in depth prior to event day
