Arrive onsite 1 hour prior to event’s end to evaluate the space for a proper break down

Provide venue contact and other vendor information for easy communication

Included in break down services:

Ceremony décor, reception décor, other misc décor, signage, etc

Photos and floor plans must be provided with exact locations of all items  

Not included in break down services:

Break down tables, chairs, other furniture items (venue’s responsibility)

Break down linens or glassware (venue/caterer’s responsibility)

Buss tables or empty trash (venue/caterer’s responsibility)

***Client must provide all packaging material for Legacy Designs to properly break down items. Packages must be easily accessibly at venue for smooth breakdown
